The University crews rowed yesterday in orders somewhat changed from the previous day. Dillingham stroked the first eight, as Wolcott, the regular stroke, has been slightly unwell. He will, however probably be able to resume work within a day or two. In the second boat, R. Foster was moved to stroke, and his old place at six was filled by Sanger. Neither crew rowed with much life or vigor. Coach Higginson, who directed the work, gave particular attention to getting a clean, firm catch.
The orders were as follows:
First Crew--Stroke, Dillingham; 7, lawson; 6, McGrew; 5, Duffy, 4, F. W. C. Foster; 3, Ayer; 2, Webster; bow, Swaim; cox., Litchfield.
Second crew--Stroke, A. Foster; 7, Hartwell; 6, Sanger; 5, haycock; 4, Derby; 3, Locke; 2, Filey; bow, George; cox., Ivy.
