A conference to make final arrangements for the Harvard-Yale boat-race will be held in the Crocker House, New London, tomorrow afternoon. Harvard will be represented by D. D. L. McGrew '03, captain, and D. F. Downs '03, manager of the University crew. The Yale representatives will be C. B. Waterman; Jr., 2L., and J. M. Dreisbach '03, captain and manager of the Yale crew.
