At the Freshman class meeting held last evening the report of the committee appointed to consider the advisability of adopting a class constitution was accepted and ratified. The committee had recently decided that there was no necessity for a constitution. It was also voted that the President appoint a committee of nine, of which he should be chairman ex-officio, to make arrangements for a class dinner.
