The debate at the University Debating Club last evening on the question, "Resolved. That State Boards of Arbitration with full power of investigation should be established throughout the United States for the purpose of settling labor disputes," was won by W. T. Foster 1G., and G. W. Hinckley 1L., for the affirmative from J. Daniels '04, and F. B. Wagner 2L., the speakers on the negative. The critic of the evening was Hon. Arthur P. Stone.

The next regular debate will be held in the Assembly Room of the Union Thursday evening, December 17, on the question, "Resolved. That Parliament should adopt the Chamberlain tariff policy."

J. Daniels '04 will coach the Freshman debating team for the interclass debates.
