The first of the ten concerts annually given by the Boston Symphony Orchestra will be given in Sanders Theatre this evening at 7.45 o'clock. Mr. M. Fernandez-Arbos will be the soloist. The following program will be rendered: Weber, Overture to Euryanthe; Mendelssohn, Concerto for violin in E minor; Bruneau, Entr acte Symphonique from Messidor (first time); Brahms, Symphony No. 2, in D major.
Tickets may be obtained after 9 o'clock this morning at Sever's and after 7 o'clock this evening at the auditor's office in Memorial Hall.
The remaining concerts will be given on November 9; December 3, 17; January 7, 28; February 11; March 10, April 7, 21.
