The Rifle and Pistol Club has arranged three matches with Light Battery A of Boston, the first of which will be held on February 27. Each team will be composed of five men and thirty shots will be fired by each man at a standard target at fifty yards. Each string of six shots will be finished in fifteen seconds. On March 27, the second match will be held under the same conditions except that strings of five shots will be fired. Shortly after the mid-years a pistol match will be held, each team to be composed of five men who will five thirty shots at twenty yards range.
