The University eights rowed yesterday in the same order as on Thursday, except that Hartwell was not tried at bow in Bullard's crew, because of a slight illness. E. C. Storrow '89 assisted Mr. Higginson in directing the work from the launch. In a brush of about a mile in the Charles River basin, McGrew's crew finished with a slight lead.
It has been decided to hold the Freshman inter club race on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. The first three crews from each club will enter.
