Will you kindly announce, as openly as possible, that I believe the public announcement of the names of the men against whom charges are to be brought at Memorial Hall in connection with the disorder there today, constituted, as doing injustice to such men as may be cleared of the charges, a most serious error of judgment on my part. I wish here publicly to apologize to the men whose names were so published. HARRY B. KIRTLAND.
