The old architectural building has now been fitted up as an astronomical laboratory, and the astronomy courses have begun to meet there. It affords space for three or four times as many men as the old laboratory. During the spring the laboratory will be made more nearly complete by setting up a large number of instruments outside of the building. These will include two or three large telescopes, which any member of the University will probably be allowed to use, whether he is taking an astronomy course or not.
