The Crown Prince of Siam and his party will be the guests of the University today. The party will leave the Hotel Somerset shortly after 10 o'clock, driving out to the University by way of Commonwealth avenue and the Charles River Speedway to the University boat house, where the first stop will be made.
After an inspection of the boat house the drive will be resumed to University Hall, and there the formal welcome will be extended to the Prince and his companions by President Eliot. This ceremony will take place in the Faculty room. The party, escorted by President Eliot, will then make a tour of the University grounds, including an inspection of the Law School, Memorial and Robinson Halls.
At 1 o'clock the party will go to the Union for luncheon and immediately afterwards will drive to Soldiers Field, where the visitors will witness the Carlisle game. This will conclude the entertainment by the University.
The Siamese party is composed of the following men: The Crown Prince, Prince, Chakrabongse and the Siamese Minister, and Mr. E. H. Loftus secretary of the Siamese Legation, Professor J. H. Gore of Columbia University, Mr. L. T. Hildreth '96, Siamese Consul in New York, three aides-de-camp, and a secretary. Accompanying the Siamese party at the courtesy of the United States Government are Mr. H. D. Peirce, Third Assistant Secretary of State, and Mr. E. Morgan '90.
