The fourth round of the singles in the University tennis tournament will be finished today, Warland and Blagden having already won their matches in this round. The doubles will begin this afternoon, and courts will be reserved for the matches. In both singles and doubles, if the score of any match is not handed in during the day upon which the match was played, the players will be dropped from the tournament.
The matches played on Saturday resulted as follows:
Third round-- George defeated Sulloway 6-2, 6-2; Collester defeated Seabury 6-4, 6-0.
Fourth round--Blagden defeated Penhallow 6-4, 6-3; Warland defeated Prentice 6-4, 6-2.
The following matches are scheduled for today:
At 3--Bishop vs. Wendell; George vs. winner of Cole and Larned match.
At 4 -- C. H. Collester vs. winner of Bishop and Wendell match.
