The fencing team will hold a match with Yale in Cambridge on Wednesday, February 26. This will be the first dual match between the two universities, although they have met several times in the intercollegiate tournaments.

This evening the candidates for the team will be coached by Mr. James Bowker '96 and Mr. S. Cabot of the B. A. A., who will assist in selecting a small squad of the most promising men to practice three times a week at the B. A. A.

The proposed match with Cornell has been given up for the present, but may be arranged for sometime in March.

In the novice fencing tournament at the B. A. A. on Saturday night, F. W. Palfrey 4M., won second prize and R. M. Henderson '02 third. With these exceptions the Harvard men showed poor form and lack of practice.
