The candidates for the upper class crews will be called out immediately after the mid years. The training will be carried on in the boat houses probably until the early part of March when the river is usually clear of ice. The preliminary work will consist of practice on the machines and in the tanks at the University Boathouse, gymnasium work and short runs.
