As a trophy of the intercollegiate strength test competition this year a bronze statue of an athlete will be awarded. Candidates for the Harvard fifty must take their test before the April recess, each man being allowed two trials.
A Harvard Club has just been formed in California. This is the first permanent organization of the sort that has ever been undertaken on the Pacific coast. The committee in charge of the club is composed of the following: Chairman, C. Monroe '70; secretary, H. O. Collins '67; and R. Avery '97, C. J. Ellis '65, G. H. Gould '72, R. Jones '92.
