The Charles River Dam Commission will hold a public hearing at the State House from 10 to 1 this morning. Committees from the Board of Health, Park Department, Harbor Commission, and the Navy Yard will present reports stating any plans they may have which would be affected by the dam. A civil engineer will examine the reports and answer questions upon them. The hearing will be continued at the same hours tomorrow and on Wednesday.
