The question for the Pasteur Medal debate, which will be held in the Fogg Lecture Room on April 11, is,--"Resolved, That the annexation of Algeria by France has proved to be a mistake." The debate will be between the Seniors and the Freshmen, the latter having the choice of sides.
The Seniors will hold but one trial for the debate, on March 21. Those who intend to enter this trial, must leave their names at Stoughton 14 before six o'clock on the day of the trial. The Senior coach has not yet been appointed. The first Freshman trial will be held March 19 and the second March 21. The names of the speakers must be left at Perkins 14 before two o'clock March 19. H. B. Kirtland '01 will coach the team.
