The Yale Union, the principal debating organization at Yale, has recently adopted the form of a legislative body corresponding in nearly every way to the National Congress. The members have been equally divided into three parties, Republican, Democrat and Independent, and the members of each division are to advocate the general principles and political policies of the national party which they represent. Each division is also to have a leader, and those bills are to be discussed which are now being considered in Congress. No fixed division is to be made according to states, but every man will represent the state in which he lives.
