As the method of assigning rooms to organizations has thus far proved satisfactory, the same arrangement will be continued through the year, except in cases where a special change is asked for. In case any organization has made changes in its plans and does not intend to use the room on any or all of the dates assigned, it will greatly aid the House Committee if such organization will notify the Treasurer of the Union.
