The Graded Crews.

The graded crews yesterday did the last hard work before the regatta tomorrow. As the Newell crews did not row over the course on Tuesday, each took a hard stretch of about a mile yesterday; followed by Vail in the "John Harvard." Wray coached the Weld crews from a single.

As the space allows only five crews to row conveniently at one time over the mile and seven-eighths course, it has been decided to withdraw the sixth Weld from the regatta. The fifth, however, will be considerably changed, and some men from the sixth may be taken on.
