In the tennis singles played yesterday E. W. Leonard '03 defeated F. J. Sulloway '05, 6-1, 6-1; and in the semi-finals Leonard defeated H. J. Greenough '05, 6-3, 6-0.
In doubles--A. Derby '03 and M. T. Wendell '03 defeated A. Z. Gray '03 and C. Celrichs '05, by default; E. W. Leonard '03 and W. S. Warland '03 defeated H. W. Read '03 and V. Whitney '03, 6-1, 6-4; D. P. Penhallow '03 and P. S. Estes '03 defeated W. Blagden '04 and J. A. Roche, Jr., '03, by default; E. H. George 2L. and A. Drinkwater 2L. defeated H. L. Beyer 3L. and G. S. Morely 4G., 6-4, 6-2; F. J. Goodridge 4M. and C. A. Barrows 4M. defeated J. A. Bramwell '04 and P. Lorillard '04, 6-1, 6-2.
The finals of the singles will be played on Wednesday between E. W. Leonard '03 and R. Bishop 1L. The following matches have been arranged for today:
At 2:30--S. L. Beals 1L. and R. K. Thorndike '02 vs. F. H. George 2L. and A. Drinkwater 2L.
