The lacrosse team has begun out-door work on Holmes Field, after a long period of elementary work in the cage. The men have improved greatly in stick work, and the practice from now on will be for the perfection of team play. About twenty candidates are trying for the team and are being coached by Dr. G. B. Henshaw '90 and C. B. Wood '96. Although the season does not begin until April 28, it is probable that two practice games will be played before that date, one with a team of Harvard graduates and the other with a picked team from Boston.
