Candidates for the Yale bicycle team will be called out this week for gymnasium work, and as soon as the weather permits they will ride outdoors. It is planned to hold a dual meet with Columbia at Bridgeport just before the intercollegiate meet.
J. H. Patten 2G. has been elected editor-in-chief of the "Graduate Handbook," the official organ of the Federation of Graduate Clubs of the United States. W. P. Cohoe 2G. has been made recording secretary of the Federation.
The members of the Canadian Society of Civil Engineers, who have been in Boston for several days, took lunch at Memorial Hall on Saturday, as the guests of President Eliot. They also visited the museums, the physical laboratory, the gymnasium and the engineering laboratory.
