From the Graduate Manager.

To the Students of the University:

Owing to the practice of transferring H. A. A. membership tickets, which has gone on at the different games this season, especially in the Carlisle Indian game and in the game with Pennsylvania it has become necessary to adopt stringent measures to put a stop to this evil.

I do not wish to be compelled to post the names of the men who thus defrauded the Association of its legitimate support. The men who bought these tickets did so with the distinct understanding that they alone were entitled to its benefits. The only way that the Association can afford to make this low price is to have every man use his ticket as he ought to.

The men who transferred their tickets are hereby notified that they have forfeited their privileges and that their H. A. A. tickets must be returned to this office at once. Any man who has transferred his ticket will be ineligible to membership in the Association, nor will applications be received from these men for the Yale game.
