At the regular business meeting of the Christian Association last evening, the mission work of the society was discussed and the officers for the year were elected.

The chief outside work of the association lies in the homes and missions of Boston. With one change the field covered will be the same as in former years. It has been deemed advisable to give up the North End Mission. The work, therefore, will confine itself to three branches. Of these there are: The Davis Street Home for the unemployed, the Chinese Sunday School for the instruction of Chinamen in the English language and in the Bible, and the Sailors' Home on T wharf. Directors for these branches of work have not yet been appointed.

The election of officers of the association resulted as follows: President, C. F. Shaw '01; vice president, H. H. Morse '00; secretary, A. B. Parsons '03; corresponding secretary, G. M. Smith '01; treasurer, C. E. Carson '02; librarian, H. J. Carlton '03.
