At the meeting of the Freshman Debating Club held last night the question was decided in favor of the affirmative, supported by O. S. Bear and J. T. Sears.
The subject for the next debate will be : "Resolved, That the presidential electors be chosen by districts instead of by states." Rich and Thurman have the affirmative, Roberts and Senior the negative. on Nov. 27, The meeting will be given up to trials for the selection of a team to debate against the Worcester High School.
