Fact and Rumor.

The game with Amherst on Wednesday will be played at 3 instead of 4 o'clock.

B. Wendell, Jr., has been elected captain of the Sophomores eleven.

The fifteenth edition is announced of "Harvard Stories," by W. K. Post '90.

Professor Hollis presented the members of last year's victorious University, four-oar, and Freshman crews with silver cups in the Trophy Room last night.

The following men have been elected officers of the Hawaiian Club. W. R. Castle, Jr. '00, president; J. Q. Wood 3L, secretary and treasurer. The club has twelve members, and is the largest of its kind in any American university.

Professor A. T. Hadley, the new president of Yale, was a lecturer at Harvard in 1886; and the Rev. W. H. P. Faunce, the new president of Brown, has been twice University Preacher at Harvard. Dr. George Harris, president of Amherst, has also been University Preacher.
