PROSPECT UNION.- Tonight Professor G. H. Palmer will speak before the union at 744 Mass. avenue, Cambridgeport at 8 o'clock. The subject will be, "Roumanian Folk Songs." It will be a ladies night. Free to all. Harvard men are invited.
