The plan, outlined in another column, of radically changing the postal system so long in operation in Cambridge, deeply concerns every one connected with the College, as well as the residents of this part of the city. It has been brought forward in the absence of many who would be most affected by such a change, and the College particularly has thus far had little to say in the matter.
This portion of Cambridge would undoubtedly suffer by the removal of its station and we therefore recommend that a careful watch be kept upon the action of the postmaster in order to present a strong protest if it becomes necessary.
