The knowledge that the plans for a University Infirmary at least show some signs of taking definite shape will be very gratifying to those who have been living in Cambridge and realize the almost universal need of such an institution. It certainly seems that such a project, now that it is known to be good one, should be taken up and pushed through with as little delay as possible. It is to be sincerely hoped that such plans as there now are can be made to reach some tangible results during the coming year.
