Professor Royce has been appointed by the University of Aberdeen to deliver courses of lectures at that University during the years 1898-'99, and 1899-1900.

At a meeting of the lacrosse team last evening, H. C. Ring '98 was elected captain, and W. Abbe '98, manager. The officers of the association elected for next year were F. L. Beecher '98, president, and F. B. Taylor '99, secretary-treasurer.
