To the Editors of the Crimson:
An attempt has been made to organize a new shooting club, the main object of which shall be to encourage rifle and revolver practice in the University. Many men are interested in such shooting, but are unable to indulge in it, even in the present gun club, through want of proper privileges and grounds. These, as well as a liberal discount on ammunition used, the new club hopes to secure as soon as thirty or forty members are assured.
So far only fifteen men have sent in their names, and as nothing definite can be done until as many more do so, it is hoped that all interested will communicate as soon as possible with C. H. Taylor, 126 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston.
C. H. TAYLOR, 1900.
