Freshman Baseball.

The Freshman nine won all three of the games scheduled for the recess, the work on the whole being very encouraging.

On Monday Hopkinson's School was defeated by a score of 14-4. Hopkinson played wretchedly, while the Freshmen put up a snappy game.

On Wednesday Somerville High School was defeated 8-4. For the Freshmen McCornick was not up to his usual form, letting in three runs by a wild pitch in the ninth.

On Saturday 1900 put up a good game against the North Shore Athletic Club winning by a score of 14-3. North Shore showed lack of practice while the Freshmen were strong both in the field and at the bat.
