OWING to a misunderstanding the meeting of the '97 baseball team which was called for Monday at 1.30 has been postponed till Tuesday at 6.45 in 17 Holworthy.
HARVARD ENGINEERING SOCIETY.- There will be a meeting of the civil section tonight at 4 Conant at at 8 p. m. Mr. Leonard H. Davis '92 will speak on the treatment of obstructing pipes and sewers occurring on the line of the subway. All students of civil or mine engineering are invited.
MOTT HAVEN.- Today and tomorrow are the last chances for men to get their certificates from Dr. Sargent.
Mr. William J. Corcoran will coach the bicycle team hereafter. He will give the candidates a short talk on their work at 4 today at the Charles River Park track. Men are to do their work at the regular hours, but they should come at 4 also, if possible.
PIERIAN SODALITY.- No rehearsal until after vacation.
ALL contributions for the May Monthly must be sent to the secretary, 53 Ware Hall, before April 28.
LACROSSE TEAM.- Practice on Norton's Field today at 4 sharp.
GOLF CLUB.- Any member of the University who wishes to join the Golf Club may do so by sending the annual dues of $5.00 to the treasurer, J. F. Curtis, 42 Claverly.
SCRUB BASEBALL.- The management has decided to keep the entry list open until Tuesday, April 13. The names of nines to be sent as before to F. Curtis, 55 Claverly. No more unattached men need had in their names as two complete nines have been formed.
CYCLING ASSOCIATION.- Important meeting at 7.30 at 33 Conant. All candidates for bicycle team are specially requested to be present.
Bicycle team candidates will ride in squads as follows until further notice: Mayo, Wilson, Dow, O. F. Richards at 2.30; Moyer, Chace, Bowser, Wyman, H. B. Smith, Breed, at 3; Harbeck, McKaye, White, Wood, Powers, Hewitt, at 4; H. H. Richards, Wright, Smoots, J. C. Smith, Warner, Burdett, Baker, at 4.30. Men must be dressed to ride at these hours.
Every man must compete in the 'Varsity games Thursday without fail. Must pass physical examination by Wednesday.
