A Harvard relay team at the I. S. A. A. games, made up of F. H. Bigelow '98, W. H. Vincent '97, H. H. Fish '99, and E. Hollister '97, lowered the track record from 3m. 15s. to 3m. 12 3-5s. The previous record was made by the Harvard team which beat the U. of P.
At the I. S. A. A. games Saturday, A. M. Butler, Worcester High and H. C. Kennington, E. H. S., equalled Wefers's record of 4 3-5s. for the 40 yds. dash. E. Mills, Chauncey Hall, made a record of 2m. 30 1-5s. in the 1000 yds. run. Rotch, of Hopkinson, reached 5 ft. 8 1-2 in the high jump, also a record. The English High School won.
