25 men spoke last night at the competitive debate for membership in the Union. The speaking on the whole was distinctly good.
The Freshman crew squad has been cut down to 16 men. The two crews rowed yesterday in the following order:
First crew-Stroke, Byrd; 7, Higginson; 6, Glidden; 5, Heath; 4, Swain; 3, Biddle; 2, Brown; bow, Saltonstall.
Second crew-Stroke, Boardman; 7, Clark; 6, Tilton; 5, Palmer; 4, Barney; 3, Kernan; 2, Gray; bow, Forbes.
