Rev. Edward Everett Hale preached in Appleton Chapel last evening. All the seats were filled and many people stood, the congregation being the largest of the year.
Professor Moore will give the last of his exhibitions of lantern slides on the Fine Arts of the Renaissance tonight at 8 in the Fogg Museum. His subject is to be "Venetian Painting of the 16th Century."
The annual banquet of the Alumni Association of the Cambridge Latin School was held Saturday evening at the Brunswick. Dean Briggs was present and spoke and the Interscholastic Baseball Cup was formally presented to the school.
Dr. White and Mr. Geyelin of the U. of P. Faculty and L. S. Patterson, president of the U. of P. Athletic Association arrived Saturday from Philadelphia to confer with the Athletic Committee. They returned yesterday but the purpose of their visit has not been announced.
