The second of the inter-club debates of the year between the Union and the Forum was held last evening in Sever 11. The question discussed was: "Resolved, That the present system of no-license should be maintained in Cambridge." The Union supported the affirmative and the Forum the negative. The contest was very close, but after considerable deliberation the judges awarded the debate to the affirmative.
