Robert T. French '93, died Saturday morning, Nov. 6, at Toronto, Canada, from an attack of typhoid fever.
French was born in Davenport, Iowa, in 1871. He prepared for college at Andover, and was graduated from Harvard with the class of '93. While in college he was prominent in literary work, being an editor of the Harvard Advocate.
Since his graduation he has been studying the manufacture of steel in several large plants, and was on a business trip in Canada at the time of his death.
