'VARSITY MANDOLIN CLUB.- Rehearsal today at 4.15 at 1256 Massachusetts avenue. No dress suits at concert. Wear dark suits.

FRESHMAN FOOTBALL.- All men must be dressed promptly at 3.30.

CAMBRIDGE SOCIAL UNION.- A teacher is wanted for spelling and dictation. Apply at the Social Union Rooms, Brattle Square.

THE Weld four oared race announced on the 8th will be open for all members of the club. An entrance fee of $2 for each boat will be charged to cover the expense of the prizes. There are only six boats, which will be given to the first six crews to enter. The race will be one mile, on the 24th of November. 9 3

ALL members of the University wishing to join the Harvard Athletic Association can do so at Thurston's or at 205 Craigie Hall, Mondays, 1.30-2.30. The fee is $5 for the whole college course. Freshmen are urged to join at once.
