Notice.

Will the following men please be at Soldiers Field to usher at the Newtowne game: Rand, Boardman, Scull, Sayre, Bigelow, Rotch, Walker, Trainor, Littig, Stoddard, G. Sargent, Wadsworth, Chandler. The above men must be at Soldiers Field at 3.15 p. m. sharp.

'98 FOOTBALL.- All backs be out dressed to play at 3 o'clock sharp.

1900 FOOTBALL.- Practice at 4 p. m.

'99 FOOTBALL.- Practice this afternoon at 4 o'clock. All be out including subs.

FRESHMAN FOOTBALL.- Backs be out to kick at 3.30; all others at 3.45.

LACROSSE.- Practice today on Holmes Field at 4 o'clock sharp. All the old men as well as the new men are requested to come out. ts

'VARSITY GLEE CLUB.- Rehearsal at 6.45. All men must be present including the new men, bring the new Harvard song book.

CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION.- Meeting Thursday evening at 6.45 in Holden Chapel. Leader, Dr. A. C. Garrett. Subject, "The Inner Life as the Solution of Doubts."

HARVARD UNION.- Shingles may be had of the the treasurer at 14 Little's from 1.30 to 2.30 Wednesday. New members must pay their initiation fees.

DEUTSCHER VEREIN.- Very short meeting tonight at 7 sharp, at 18 Holworthy Hall, to pass resolution in favor of University Club.

WELD BOAT CLUB.- Captains of fouroars meet at boat house this afternoon immediately after game to draw for boats.

CIVIL SERVICE REFORM CLUB.- Annual meeting Wednesday, at 7 p. m., in Lower Mass., for election of officers and admission of new members. All members of the University are urged to attend.

STUDENT VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE.- Mr. Birtwell will be in Grays 17 on Tuesday, from 9 to 11, to talk with men in regard to volunteer charity work.

CERCLE FRANCAIS.- Moliere's "Medecin Malgre Lui," will be given by the club in the spring. Places in the cast and ballets will be open to all members of the University properly qualified to fill them. Those wishing to try are urged to read the play before January, and to determine, if possible, what characters they would like to take. The play will be read at the meeting of the Cercle, Wednesday evening, Colonial Club, 7.30 p. m. All members of the University are invited to attend.

All members of the University wishing to join the Harvard Athletic Association can do so at Thurston's or at 205 Craigie Hall, Mondays, 1.30-2.30. The fee is $5 for the whole college course. Freshmen are urged to join at once.
