At a meeting of the Harvard Memorial Society which was held last night the following resolution was passed:
Whereas, in the death of our late President, Dr. Justin Winsor, the Harvard Memorial Society has suffered an irreparable loss, therefore be it
Resolved, That we hereby express our heartfelt sorrow, and deep sense of the services he rendered this society during the years he honored it by his presidency.
