The University crew recommenced practice yesterday at the Carey Building. The men went through some light exercises and then took a short run. The tank is being refitted and will not be ready for the crew until tomorrow. The stationary boat is to have level slides and hole pins and is to be rigged like the barge in which the crew rowed during the last week of practice on the Charles. To make room for the longer oars the zinc floor has been taken out of the tank. This will make a greater depth of water in both channels.
