The Ice Polo Team.

At the beginning of the vacation the ice polo team was organized from the candidates who presented themselves in response to Captain Goodridge's call, and two practice games were played, both being won by Harvard.

On Saturday, December 26 at Spy Pond, the team defeated the Newton A. A. team by the score of 3 goals to 1. Harvard's defence was especially good, while for Newton, C. Walworth did the best work.

The teams lined up as follows:

On Monday, December 28, at the Chutes Skating Rink, Boston, the Harvard Team defeated the Cambridge Polo Club Team by the score of 1 to 0. Stevens, who played centre in the previous game, had sprained his ankle and Dunlop took his place.

The line-up was:
