I HOPE every Prospect Union teacher who has been notified by postal will go down today as early as convenient to sign the certificates for his scholars; bearing in mind, furthermore, that he is (1) not to give any certificates unless the scholar has deserves it; and that (2) he is to fill out the grade of certificate.
