The exercises and meetings in connection with the commencement of Boston University were held in Boston, Tuesday.
Commencement at Yale comes June 19. Dartmouth will hold her 127th commencement June 21, and Bowdoin and Bates hold their exercises the same day.
Michigan University has dismissed several instructors and reduced the salaries of the teaching force.
The Leander crew of England has challenged the Yale crew for a race in case the Yale men lose at Henley.
James D. Winsor, Jr., has been elected captain of the U. of P. track team.
