Overseers eligible for reelection.

There are six vacancies to be filled, five for the full term of six years, in place of George B. Shattuck, Edwin P. Seaver, Henry H. Sprague, Solomon Lincoln and Francis Rawle, whose terms of office expire on Commencement Day, and one for a term of four years, in place of Francis C. Lowell, who resigned to become a member of the Corporation.

For these six places 12 candidates will be nominated. The committee has sent the list of names proposed to every alumnus qualified to vote for Overseers, with the request that he mark not more than six of the names, as his preference for overseers. The names of the 12 receiving the highest number of votes will be placed on the official Australian ballot to be used Commencement Day, and the six receiving the highest number of votes then will be declared elected to the board.
