The cricket eleven gained an important victory yesterday by defeating the Athletic Association's eleven in a close game by a score of 66 to 61. Bixby and Cracknell did the best batting for the latter, scoring 14 and 15 runs respectively. The feature of the game, however, was the batting of Clark of Harvard, who made 27 runs. George Wright and Hastings did the most effective bowling of the game. The B. A. A. went in first to bat and knocked out 61 runs. When the last Harvard man went in to bat the score was even.
