It is expected that the men trying for the different teams will support the Committee thoroughly in enforcing this new rule, and that men who have been allowed the "H" during the season, but who have not earned the right to wear it afterward, will immediately and conscientiously return the emblem to the management at the end of the season. If the new rule is to accomplish all that is intended this point must be rigorously insisted upon.
