The reception by the Civil Service Reform Club to the members of the United States Civil Service Commissioners will be held at half past four this afternoon at the Colonial Club. The Hon. John R. Procter, the president of the Commission will make a short address of about twenty minutes.
The reception will take place in the large hall, where light refreshments will be served. Members who attend are requested to use the side entrance to the club house.
