Holy Cross won on a foul, in the team race with Yale at the meeting of the Holy Cross Athletic Association, last Thursday.
Professor F. W. Taussig has been appointed to fill the vacancy on the Cambridge school board occasioned by the resignation of Professor A. B. Hart.
The Yale corporation has voted to accept the plans for a new dormitory, which will cost $100,000 and will be erected from the funds of the college.
The Yale athletic training tables will be consolidated this year. The crew table will be formed March 25, but the other teams will not go to the table until after Easter.
Sir Henry Irving will address the graduating class of the University of Chicago on March 24 by invitation of President Harper. The subject has not been announced, but will probably be on some topic relating to the stage.
